A Class Q Conversion from an old farm building to a new modern veterinary practice in Kingsbridge

Restricted to using the original footprint and steel portal frame, the challenge was to fit in everything a modern veterinary practice requires, including 2 self-contained flats, a hydrotherapy room, dental and X-ray rooms, among others things.


This highly successful project was a result of a collaboration of exceptional teamwork from the client, contractor, and architect, all pulling in the same direction.

We are delighted with our spacious, light, and airy new veterinary surgery. We had a clear idea of the type of build and fit-out we wanted, but there were so many technical questions based around the detail! Lilburn and Elliott were supportive, informed, and realistic and helped steer us through some difficult decisions.
