About Lilburn & Elliott

Duncan & Neil started the company back in 2015 where they were just two men and two vans. Having grown through school together and even completing their building apprenticeship together joining forces starting the business was not something they had to think about for long.

Each year the company has grown from strength to strength to be at a place where it now supports 18 full time local employees, two full time office staff and a business premises where everything is ran from.

The policy of the company is work hard and work together. As a team we have achieved great things and appreciate everyone’s part in getting the company to where it is today.

Our Process

Headquartered on the outskirts of Kingsbridge, Lilburn & Elliott Construction Ltd is an integrated building company specialising in developing and building bespoke homes.

Operating across areas throughout the South Hams in South Devon, our company has created a stellar reputation for building and developing luxurious homes whilst overcoming challenges such as location and logistics. The company is accredited by Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP), which ensures our team carries out safe methods of non-site working and on going training to maintain those standards. The organisation has its own in-house team of skilled craftsmen who are able to execute homes and building projects based on our client's exact specifications.
