Above The Bar

New Build in Salcombe

One of our most challenging projects to date, making the impossible possible.

Above the bar was built on the edge of a cliff next to the popular coastal path Bolt Head. Location being one problem and logistics being another, with access to the plot limited to small vehicles only. A lot of planning and just hard work from our amazing team made this award-winning property possible.

This project was built using Nudura ICF walls and poured reinforced concrete floors. Finished with local stone to blend in with its surroundings and zinc roofing and cladding to give it a sharp look.
