A simple build apart from one problem - the house was on a tidal road which was unusable for up to 6 hours a day. Getting materials to site was tricky especially on the day of the concrete pour - we only had a small window to get the concrete lorries in and out and being winter we had the added problem of the slow setting time of the concrete.

A few kind words

We were very pleased with the work Lilburn and Elliott did for us at our cottage. They were reliable and the work was of a high quality with good attention to detail. They were conscious of the need to keep to budget and always advised us in advance of costs for any additional work we requested so there were no unpleasant surprises at the end of the contract. We would not hesitate to use them again ourselves or to recommend them to others.
